Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
